The building at 3802 N.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. is home to Oregon Outreach, an alternative school program for students who drop out of school or are at risk of dropping out. The nonprofit has been paying a discounted rate since 1993 and would like to continue that arrangement under the building’s new ownership. The 7,762-square-foot building is for sale for $954,900.
